PercoTop 2K Topcoats

Polyurethane technology is the best-in-class quality for industrial applications when a smooth finish combined with long lasting weather resistance and excellent chemical resistance is required. This 2K polyurethane topcoat can be matted to five different gloss levels using matting agent CS204, from matte (25 units) to high gloss (95 units).

This 2K polyurethane topcoat offers two lower levels of gloss: very matte (15-25 units) and dead-matte (3-15 units).

A silicone-free, structured 2K polyurethane topcoat offering a wide range of structures, from finely structured to coarse, including special sputtering effects. It provides exceptional, long-lasting chemical and mechanical resistance. PercoTop 466 uses only highly durable tints and is therefore particularly suited for use on exteriors.

A silicone-free, structured semi-matt 2K polyurethane topcoat for direct-to-metal applications with exceptionally fast application times.

A direct-to-metal 2K polyurethane topcoat with good corrosion protection making it a highly durable coating for various metals such as steel, galvanised steel and aluminium. The high mechanical resistance of the product makes it suitable for economical industrial painting jobs. PercoTop 633 has outstanding UV stability and is therefore particularly suited for use on exteriors.

A 2K solvent-based topcoat, providing a fast and economical solution for smooth industrial direct-to-metal applications. As it dries very rapidly it is the best choice when parts require fast packing.

A 2K polyurethane topcoat offering a finely structured finish with fine-metallic reflection based on micaceous iron oxide. It provides good chemical and mechanical resistance.

A VOC compliant, high-solids 2K polyurethane system with an optimised application window. PercoTop HS is the choice for VOC-regulated paint shops. To change the high gloss quality, the PUR HS can be matted using the special HS Matt binder CS909.

A 2K epoxy technology topcoat offering excellent chemical resistance. PercoTop EP was developed for indoor applications that face potentially heavy exposure to various chemicals.

Some customers want the greater quality provided by a medium solids system. Others don’t have to operate to strict VOC legislation. This is a 2K medium-solids polyurethane solventborne topcoat which offers a high-gloss appearance, good flow, dries quickly and delivers excellent long-term colour and gloss retention.

This 2K high solid polyurethane topcoat is the preferred choice when complex shapes and large surfaces require an excellent finish. PercoTop ­9675 has good flow and appearance and delivers excellent long-term colour and gloss retention. It has been optimised for electrostatic and air-mix applications. PercoTop 9675 is our flagship topcoat and the standard choice for most applications requiring a smooth and glossy finish.

This 2K high solid polyurethane topcoat is the right choice for any commercial vehicle that needs a first-class finish. PercoTop 9700 has excellent flow and delivers excellent long-term colour and gloss retention.
