Voltatex 7735 FL


Voltatex® 7735 FL is a nano-modified enamel, based on a new inorganic-organic hybrid polymer. Magnet wires insulated with Voltatex 7735 FL have outstanding resistance to partial discharges as they occur e.g. in inverter fed motors. They combine this special property with high thermal rating with excellent mechanical properties. In order to achieve increased resistance to chemicals, an application combined with polyamideimide based topcoat (e.g. Voltatex 83.. or Voltatex 85..) is needed. Magnet wires coated with Voltatex 7735 FL exceed the requirements and technical conditions of IEC 60317-28/29 and acc. ANSI/NEMA MW 76 A-C. Combined with other Voltatex wire enamel products Voltatex 7735 FL is usable for wires acc. ANSI/NEMA MW 36-A-C, MW 38-C. Listed test results based on Axalta Coating Systems standards, following IEC standards 60851.
