Every year, through the sponsorship of the Sustainability Award, Axalta
Coating Systems celebrates the best of the best in the industry,
recognising hard work, innovation and strong sustainable business
practices.

On 21 October Paint & Panel magazine announced four national winning
autobody repair shops at its annual awards presentation at Sydney’s
Establishment Ballroom on.

Victoria nearly made it a clean sweep this year with Zagame Autobody,
located in the iconic building that used to house The Age newspaper,
scooping best new shop. Zagame Autobody also won the Innovation and
Axalta Sustainability awards.

Mercedes-Benz-approved Weststar Prestige Paint & Panel in Sunshine
took home the trophy for best large shop while Top Tech Panels in
Campbellfield was judged best medium sized shop. Weststar’s director
Brad Kolich was also awarded the industry Rising Star award.

Best boutique repair shop was awarded to Marrickville Prestige Smash Repair in Marrickville, Sydney.

McCarthy Panelworks in Mackay won Best Country Repair shop as well as the Best Customer Experience and Community Hero awards.

Monza Smash Repairs in Marrickville, Sydney won the Operational Excellence award.
